From an XP perspective the above criticism is unfounded, something that isn't apparent from the way the statement is worded right now. I think "extreme programming" is not a proper name and therefore should not be capitalized. I know it is accepted practice in the industry to capitalize terms but in Wikipedia capitalization is used only for proper names.
