Well, the new welcome message is something that has been preoccupying me for some time now since I see so many new people here with good intentions who are clueless as to what they shouldn't do, get offended and just leave, when they were under the impression that they could start an article on anything based upon the previosu welcome messages. Then they see they are under attack for their efforts and it comes as a shock.
As for the picture, if you get it from a web site, the best idea it to use the following template with your pic: <nowiki>{{fauirusein|Name of Article you got the iamge from}}</nowiki> . . . be sure to list the URL and the name of the website/article . . . album covers or covers of books, VCR/DVD products are fair use as well. Otherwise you need to be careful, since it's likely copyrighted. (Don't fret over this -- I still make similar mistakes).
