SAP EAF is a complementary set of additions to [[TOGAF]] to support the specific characteristics of package and service-based architectures. SAP EAF was developed during 2007 by a team of SAP Enterprise Architects, most of whom were [[TOGAF]] 8.1 accredited practitioners. SAP EAF was formally launched at the SAP SAPPHIRE user conference in Atlanta, USA during 2007.
