ROLLY (ローリー 寺西) is a Japanese musician and music producer.

He is also known by the names of Rolly Teranishi and Kazuo Teranishi. He was born September 6, 1963 in Takatsuki-shi, Osaka, Japan. He is well recognized as the lead guitarist and vocalist of the Japanese rock band, [[Scanch|すかんち]] (aka Scanch). Scanch continued through 1996. Once Scanch broke up, Rolly pursued his musical career in singing solo.
