I get the above on a picture that has been added to a page I am working on. I had used the following: filename, thumb, right, caption
The filename is correct and the caption shows but the [[File: |frameless|alt=]] message does not seem to go away.
I have tried to read up on the guidelines but still seem to be a bit lost on how to correct it! -- Can anyone help me on this please?

:Hi Truealpha! Nice to see you at the Teahouse. What happened at [[Bashir_A._Tahir]] was that your image had too much formatting info. You included <nowiki>[[File:Bashir_A._Tahir_Profile_Picture.jpg|thumb|right|Bashir Tahir]]</nowiki> when all you needed was Bashir_A._Tahir_Profile_Picture.jpg. In templates you often do not need to supply the extra format parameters, just the name of the image itself. If you want, reverse what I did and try it yourself.
