::Yes, I understand that, but the designs themselves are no longer bound by copyright (the author of these works may not be aware of this), as Burmese government works are bound by copyright for a maximum of 50 years (which would be 1962), before they are released into public ___domain ([http://www.burmalibrary.org/docs6/Burma_Copyright_Act_of_1914.pdf Copyright Act of 1914, p. 22], for reference). These insignias, first published from 1948 to the 1950s, are thus no longer bound by copyright.
