Line 8: Admission to the college is granted on the basis of applicants rank in the merit list from the pre-engineering test (PET) conducted by the state of Madhya Pradesh Education Board and some seats are alloted based on the AIEEE merit list, the exam is conducted by CBSE. The reputation of this institutes mechancial branch is established due to the ~~excelent~~excellent works of Prof R.S.Modh and Prof. A.I.Khandawawala. The college is currently the choice of top rank holders in MP.
