== Lessons learned ==
While the week went mostly smoothly and was quite productive, there were a few lessons learned for future sessions:
* Building on the experience of past public events, this was scheduled several months in advance in order to get participants aware of the event in time. However, a clear narrative of what was planned was not always ready, and this may have limited the ability to get involvement from IDP groups outside the Library. It is hoped that a future event will get better uptake now that we can point to these sessions as examples!
* Some rights issues - an unexpected complexity with the Stein photographs - caused problems with the uploading of a subset of the photographs. While all were cleared successfully, it is a warning sign to double-check the rights status thoroughly in future.
* One of the student groups had not got a preparatory email, which delayed the start of the practical session in order to do some initial setup. Lesson: double-check they've been sent.
