The official [http://www.tc215wg3.nhs.uk/docs/isotc215wg3_n326.pdf specifications document for EN 14463:2007]{{deadlink}}(ClaML) can be obtained freely from the authors, the [http://www.tc215wg3.nhs.uk/ ISO/TC 215 Working Group 3]{{deadlink}}. This document includes the [[Document Type Definition]] (DTD). A separate download for the DTD is no longer available.
The DTD used to be available from http://spec.terminologies.eu/en14463-2007.dtd{{deadlink}}; this site is offline now (August 2012), which effectively breaks validations of documents containing a reference to this DTD.
As a [[European Committee for Standardization|CEN]] standard, the ClaML specification is also available from the various European national standardisation bodies, and can be found via the [http://www.cen.eu/ CEN website].
