A team should use the same verbiage for the same things - from the database to the view to the verbal conversations - following their client's lead with ___domain-specific jargon. Seems to me that an explicit requirement to include a clear VERB-OBJECT structure in the descriptions would be helpful in ensuring it is clear what process is being done to what entity.
