I propose splitting {{cl|United States rail transportation stubs}} by state - giving each state a tag and, where there are at least 60 stubs, a category. I aslso propose that we split the country into 4 regions (as we already do for other stub category types, including the child {{cl|United States railway station stubs}}). :I see that many of the {{PAGESINCAT:United States rail transportation stubs}} pages concern railroad companies.
