One way to go about something like this is to discuss it section by section if there are editors with enough interest to go through it. As mentioned on the Talk page, the size and scope of the article is such that it's unreasonable for anyone to thoroughly vet the whole thing, but I know of no better alternative than how I'm doing it. :::Thanks for the explanation. I've had a look at the lead and made some NPOV improvements there. I will try to review more of the draft when I get a chance.
