The defender was lying on the ground and the ball was 1 meter away. Just because he lifted his foot over Henry legs, thats a fault. And a fault in the penalty box, is a penalty period. Now, Henry REALLY exagerated and dived, but in the first place, the defender shouldnt have comited this.
