Police Constable Reginald "Reg" Percival Hollis is a popular fictional character in the long-running ITV drama The Bill. He is played by Jeff Stewart.

PC Reg Hollis is something of a nerd, a bit of a clown and not above creeping to his superiors on occasion. His whiney voice, silly jokes and odd ways make him the butt of many a Sun Hill joke. They know that in spite of everything he's a good police officer. On more than onceone occasion, an unarmed Hollis had tackled a gunman, and was instrumental in solving other cases. Reg has more sympathy and understanding for crime victims than some of his more gung-ho colleagues and therefore, the older hands have a lot of respect for him. Inspector Gina Gold's statement "Reg may not be a superhero, but I know who I'd like to be with me in a tight corner" is a typical view of his colleagues.

Hollis is still one of life's persistent moaners. He enjoys the gossip round the station and is always ready to initiate alarm and despondency even where there is no justification. This tendency doesn’t make him a popular figure amongst the relief, although there is overall a strange fondness for his lack of guile. He is also a hypochondriac, suffering variously from headache, backache, and neckache; aside from an occasional stomachache.
