:::[[Wikipedia:Notability|Notability]] is intended to control which articles get published on Wikipedia , not what is contained in those articles. If we are only comparing Notable database tools, then the article should be named Comparison of Notable Database Tools. Otherwise, every database tools should be listed in the comparison.
