[[Richmond, Virginia]] refers to an the independent capital city in the central part of the state, whereas [[Richmond County, Virginia]] is an unrelated rural county located a good distance away (see the leads of both articles for more to back that up). Thus the template used refers to the city, whereas the category refers to the county, and the articles marked with it are a jumbled mess of both. Please advise!
