:Well that's all fine and good but where is a source explicitly stating that Italy is a Great Power? The criteria above look fine and where do they come from? Who says a country needs 2/3 of those criteria? The phrase "Obviously some criteria can be changed and others added" indicates that the criteria, as good as they are, are OR. We cannot create our own WP criteria for what a great power is.
