After their critically-acclaimed album, the band arrived in the UK to support Throwing Muses on a tour (beginning at the [[Mean Fiddler]] in [[London]]). The setlist included some new songs, such as "In Heaven", "Hey" and "Wild Honey Pie". These songs were recorded in a [[Peel session]] in July at the BBC. The band also made a second trip to the studios and chose "Dead", "Tame", "There Goes My Gun" and "Manta Ray" to be recorded.
