The Oracle of Time is able to communicate with the [[Guild Navigator|Navigators]] as well as [[Duncan Idaho]], although there seems to be a limit to how far her communications and her [[prescience]] can reach.
Like [[Daniel & Marty|Daniel and Marty]], the Oracle of Time has mystical powers,; in one example she teleportedtransported the [[no-ship]] ''[[Ithaca (Dune)|Ithaca]]'' from an alternate universe back to that of the [[Old Empire (Dune)|Old Empire]], and told [[Duncan Idaho]] that he has a role to play in [[Kralizec]], the so-called Final Battle.
