It is the eighth track on the album ''[[Innuendo (album)|Innuendo]]'' and was credited to the group as a whole (in fact, it was written by [[Roger Meddows-Taylor|Roger Taylor]]).

The accompanying video was the last to feature the band's frontman [[Freddie Mercury]] as he was in the final stages of a battle with [[AIDS]]. The majority of the footage used in the video was filmed by Rudi Dolezal and Hannes Rossacher on May 30th [[1991 in music|1991]], in promotion of the song's release as a single in the U.S. Mercury, Taylor and [[John Deacon]] were present, with additional footage of guitarist [[Brian May]] filmed some weeks later, as he was out of the country on a radio promotional tour at the time of the principleprincipal film shoot. The version of the finished video serviced to the U.S. market also featured some animated footage produced by animators for the Walt Disney Studios, as Queen's North American record label, Hollywood Records, is a subsidiary of [[The Walt Disney Company]].

The song was issued as a [[double A-side]] single in the U.K. on December 9, 1991, in the wake of Mercury's death, with the seminal Queen track "[[Bohemian Rhapsody]]". The single debuted at #1 on the UK singles chart.
