Today's building configuration is very articulated and it is attached to a development overlooking Santa Margherita's street. At both sides of the big entrance there are buildinsbuildings in which there was a porter's lodge. It takes to a inner garden hidden in an L-shape construction, composed by two parts that were built in different centuries: one is 19th settecentescacentury, the other is ottocentesca20th century. On the back of the last one is placed a park in which a turret rises above the roof of the building. On the exterior as decoration there are stringcourse cornices, wainscot and squares.
The homonymous park is annex to Villa Brivio and it is one of the green area of the city.
