I don't know why the template for questionable notability says to cite secondary sources. I contend that any implemented concurrent constraint programming language is notable on the grounds that it's one of the tentacles (or axons, to use another metaphor) by which the present of computer programming technology tries to reach toward its future. Maybe the path to the future won't follow exactly this bridge, but it will follow a similar one, and we don't know yet which one.
