Ca secca, as it was once called to emphasize the arid nature of the surrounding land, is located in the north-west of Brugherio, lapped by the irrigation ditch Manganella. It was property of the friars of the Passion of Milan (who built a church dedicated to St. Magdalene) until the end of 1700, then it moved to Pecchio Ghiringhelli. Recently it hosted the headquarters of the sports center "The balloon" of GIVIDI [1], but in 2013 resulted now closed.''Cà secca'', come veniva anticamente chiamata a sottolineare la natura arida dei terreni circostanti, è situata nella zona nord-occidentale di [[Brugherio]], lambita dalla roggia Manganella.

È stata proprietà dei frati della Passione di Milano (che vi hanno costruito una chiesetta intitolata a Santa Maddalena) fino alla fine del [[XVIII secolo|1700]], poi è passata ai Pecchio Ghiringhelli.
