MPD was also a band that existed during the years 2000-2003. They were based in Pune. They got their name owing to the maximum mental capacities of their keyboard player and guitar player. Their brilliant bassplayer, Sonu Sangameshwar, currently playing with bizzare genius Fernandez in mumbai,barely remembers what it was like playing for the band MPD.
