Assoc.Prof. Abdul Razak Mohaideen is a Malaysian Movie Director who started his career as a movie director with the debut film ''Gemerlapan''. As a young man his interest in photography and mass communication had brought him to movie making industries. During those early days , as an avid fan of motion pictures , he develop keen interest towards the art of movie making and that interest actually was the catalyst which further cultivate his desire to pursue his dream of becoming a director. He did his Bachelor Degree in Journalism but his true love is to do Filming. Nevertheless upon graduation his assignments as a journalist was to cover movie making and movie industries in Malaysia hence there he was united with his first love. At the onset he started his filming career as a script writer. Writing script limit his visualization henceforth he decided to be on set in order to visualize film making in order to assist his script writing. From there on, like a fulfilled prophecy, he never turned back ever. Among others his favorite director nonetheless is Steven Spielberg and he hope that his dream to co-direct with Mr Spielberg would be a dream come true.

He is the kind of director whom likes to try out new things as well as working on varieties of diverse cinematography techniques. He is a man who is a go getter and very methodical in his approach. His excitement with “Human Interest” from the very beginning of his movie making career had more or less influence all of his movies. His favorite genre is family oriented comedy which concentrate on a minority group in Northern Malaysia known as Jawi Peranakan had given him tremendous recognition in terms of new ideas as well viewer ship support. His first script in 1993 for a drama entitled Anak Mami was a big hit among local Malaysian drama viewers. Overall , those series of Anak Mami movies almost all collected an average revenues of more than RM 2 million and he became an instant box office director for Malaysian Movie Industry.

DeadEnd is a mafia story. Leading actor , Mickael B [ who is a stuntman and stunt-action director who was in charge of stuntmen in Ong Bak] is the main character who needs money to pay up for his father medical bills. Desperate, he ends up working for some drug lords who uses him as the transporter for their drug trafficking business. Mickael B will cross paths with a police officer and they both end up with a common purpose at the end.
