I feel somewhat embarrassed to be the one to make such a serious accusation, but it seems to me that a wikipedian banned from editing [[Alberto Fujimori]] may be doing so.

I also ask that a decision be made on [[User:147.70.124.109|147.70.124.109]], even though he has not edited in about a month. This user, who has injected the same pro-Fujimori POV into other articles, edited [[Paquisha War]]. [[User:Messhermit|Messhermit]] is banned from editing any articles dealing with wars between Ecuador and Peru (See Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Messhermit), and it is thus important to know if [[User:147.70.124.109|147.70.124.109]] and [[User:Messhermit|Messhermit]] are the same person.
