It is unknown how many individuals are actually members of the NSPC; the only known member if Terry Tremaine who founded the organization. Tremaine is currently the respondentRespondent in a human rights complaint by [[Richard Warman]]. [http://www.chrt-tcdp.gc.ca/search/view_html.asp?doid=795&lg=_e&isruling=1] Should the Human Rights Tribunal rule in Warman’s favour and issue a permanent injunction preventing Tremaine from posting hate propaganda online, it is unknown whether the NSPC could surivive.
