Pluto is a very ideal place to colonize. We can extract oxygen from carbon monoxide, and carbon is a neccecity to life. Also, a thick atmosphere of nitrogen can give us enough to breathe. Plus, more carbon may come from methane, plus two Hydrogen molecules can be used to fuse (or to create rocket fuel or water). Another way to get water is by drilling through the crust that is very thin to find the ice layer; probably melted by the planetary core of Pluto. Then melt the mantle and get every need!
