Line 159: Why is this article primarily talking about magnetic stripes? Surely that is decades-out-of-date tech, replaced by smartcard chips ages ago? Is this article out of date, or are there still some countries (3rd world maybe?) that still use mag stripes? Can this article be updated to primarily refer to chips please?
