[[User:Dave souza\|dave souza]], [[User talk:Dave souza\|talk]] 09:39, 6 January 2007 (UTC) There are a very small number of areas where DfES still has some responsibility for Wales and that may be subject to further devolution. http://www.dfes.gov.uk/concordat/03.shtml provides some explanation but this appears not to be fully up to date as Student Funding has I understand now been devolved.
