As discussed in the link above, any page which is not in the article talk space will display "This <pagetype> does not require a rating on the quality scale." This is not correct in some cases, e.g FM-class which specifically places a rating on a page in the File namespace. Is this something we should be concerned about? Are there any other common examples? :I think if the ''class'' is anything except the namespace, then we should display "This <pagetype> has been rated <class>-Class...". If the ''class'' equals the namespace, then it sounds a bit silly to say "This template has been rated Template-Class..." so we should keep the current wording.
