The [http://www.thieme-connect.de/ejournals/toc/srccm/98175 entire October issue of ''Seminars in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine''] was dedicated to reviews of cystic fibrosis; [[WP:MEDRS|MEDRS]] don't get much better than this, and these articles could really be used to spruce up the article and perhaps save it at FAR. I realize this is a very tall order, but maybe if several editors contribute...
