Il tour fu annunciato nel mese di ottobre 2008 e le prime date furono svelate a dicembre. Prese il via alla fine di marzo 2009 con cinque show di prova negli [[Stati Uniti]], ma ufficialmente iniziò alla fine di aprile 2009 nell'[[Arena Zagreb]] in [[Croazia]].
