A [[McDonald's]] restaurant in the Netherlands removed them after an American complained to the US head office. The company that manufactures them is called Bathroom Mania! and also sells less controversial products including a flower pot shaped toilet and a hammock style bathtub.

Many in the union decided that because of the decision that this would lead to less work for them.
