I have noticed that redirect errors like that, spelling mistakes, capitalization errors, etc. are haven't been looked to be a big deal at Wikipedia, so I understand on the other hand if the request is declinded. I read the above comments and one of the things that has not been documented in the template directions is that you can use "<nowiki>{{usernameblock|reason for block}}</nowiki>" to ''specify'' a specific reason why the name was blocked.
