Just because a term is a buzzword doesn't mean it isn't legitimate. 2T0C is extremely notable, and it shows that some statements in this article are now outdated. Not all DRAM uses capacitors anymore, and that should be addressed. Plus, I'm not sure 'nanotechnology' and '3D-printing' are still buzzwords today. They used to be, but now, I'm not so sure.
