You can enable VisualEditor through the [[Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing|Editing tab of Preferences]]: uncheck the "Temporarily disable the visual editor while it is in beta" box.

After you've enabled VisualEditor, you can edit a page using it by clicking on the "{{int:vector-view-edit}}" tab at the top of the page. (A long page may take a few seconds to load.)
