Because this is the only page that I know of, and at least the principal page that search engines send you to when you look for this, that is about musical symbols in Unicode, I think musical symbols in Unicode that are not part of the block should also be listed. :No. The article specific to the "Musical Symbols" Unicode block shouldn't become an omnibus list of all music-related symbols in Unicode. The "See also" section already notes other blocks containing musical symbols. I would suggest you create a new article, like "Musical symbols in Unicode" if you want a list of musical symbols in ALL of the Unicode blocks.
