The aim of the Technology Management programme is to educate the innovators of tomorrow. During the course of the programme students develop the necessary professional and interpersonal skills to work together in interdisciplinary teams and to sustainably address the challenges of our society today beyond the topic of digital technologies. By the Elite Network Bavaria, the additional study programme is recognised as a four-semester elite study programme at Master's level where in sum 45 ECTS can be gathered. === Content and Procedure ===
The Technology Management programme extends over a period of one to two years, with one block seminar during the lecture-free period and two regular semesters. Technology Management is offered as a supplement to a regular Bachelor's or Master's degree and thus represents an additional qualification. The programme aims to complement university education with a special focus on practice. The attendance phases take place in Munich and primarily in the evening or on weekends to ensure compatibility with primary studies. The content focuses on trend research, [[Product Development|product development]], [[entrepreneurship]] and [[soft skills]]. Due to frequently changing elective courses, the core programme is always complemented by new electives, such as [[design thinking]], hardware prototyping or [[social entrepreneurship]]. Mandatory is a stay abroad for a period of four months in the form of an internship with partner companies such as Infosys or a semester abroad. == Organisation ==
The CDTM is mainly organized by the so-called Center Assistants of the management team. They develop and improve the additional study program besides fostering new research opportunities. In addition to the centre assistants, the students, also called Centerlings, are involved in shaping the CDTM.
