I'd put a template edit about why I couldn't understand it after paragraph 16. When I did the edit I hadn't noticed there is a "talk" button which I should have used for my comment. Sorry about that, I mainly read Wikipedia and this was my first, albeit wrong, attempt at contributing. I won't do it again. Having looked however, at the topics under discussion on the "talk" page, they are all by experts discussing technicalities of the subject, and my comment on basic understanding looks foolis...
