Hi! I think perhaps the case would be benefitted if an extra week is given to the evidence gathering period so that Sgerbic can fully participate in the case. I understand that this process is being incredibly stressful to her, and think that if she thinks 31st of January is too close a deadline for her to first learn more about how Arbcom works and then provide evidence/participate in the Workshop, it would be in the interest of the community that this deadline is extended. Her perspective in this case is of the highest value, and if she is impaired in her ability to express her opinions on the matter fully then that will have a negative effect on the quality of the case's resolution.
