A slow choice is something I learned as a young doctor. It wasn't taught in any of my studies because it a term not talked about because slow codes involve letting someone die to harvest their organs and also if the have no medical insurance or keeping someone who is already supposed to die alive to milk the insurance. It's not a nice thing. I've got to remain anonymous i think you can understand my need to survive. I got out of the medical field because I could no longer feel like we were helping people. I saw to many young people who could have made it had they not put organ doner . You're better off not going to them,cruel it's like calling the police. Don't do it even if you really are dying . So if you have children tell them not to be organ donors.There are enough people dying of natural causes daily . If you have a relative in the medical field see how they react when you ask them about slow codes. Oh and just a side note, doctors and nurses are some of the most severe drug users and sexually promiscuous people on the planet.
