*I don't think the deletion rationales so far really add up. This article is simply the expanded version (per WP:Summary style) of Vector space#Examples. The content in the separate article is just as encyclopedically relevant as the content in that section. There's nothing there there that's didactic, so I can't see how it could be a case of WP:NOTTEXTBOOK; if it were, then that consideration would equally well apply to the section in the main article. Is there anything I'm missing? – Uanfala (talk) 21:25, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
*Keep The concept of a vector space is obviously notable, and so a list of examples is, in principle, proper encyclopedia material. WP:NOTTEXTBOOK is a somewhat squishy rule in practice, as it can be hard to say if a given piece of technical content is too textbook-y. I think that for any reasonable drawing of that line, though, this falls on the good side. It's written much more like a reference to look up things within than a narrative to lead a student into a subject. An expansion of a section in another article is not redundant with that article. *Might be worth renaming List of vector spaces. "Examples" stinks of unnotability. Clarityfiend (talk) 07:01, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
