[[WP:NOTTEXTBOOK]] is a somewhat squishy rule in practice, as it can be hard to say if a given piece of technical content is too textbook-y. I think that for any reasonable drawing of that line, though, this falls on the good side. It's written much more like a reference to look up things within than a narrative to lead a student into a subject. An expansion of a section in another article is not redundant with that article.
