Guy Macon, I think this is where a principle addressing promotion and advocacy is needed as it separates the two groups; the Ayurveda practitioners are here to promote and advocate for Ayurveda, [[Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest#Purpose_of_Wikipedia|subverting the purpose of Wikipedia]], while professors of physics are generally not here to promote and advocate for physics
It is possible for the two to overlap, but that isn't an issue as regardless of the topic, promoting and advocating for it is likely to subvert our purpose and should be discouraged - although I find it more likely that they will promote or advocate a favoured field or theory within physics, as I cannot see how they could promote the science generally.
