My thinking is that some parties to the case had explicitly said that they didn't realize that PSDS applied (even though {{u|Wugapodes}} had said so explicitly in a discussion close). But this is probably a matter mostly of editors who are already following the case, and presumably they know about it now from reading the case pages.
