:It's not about perfectionism. It's about giving another layer of protection for a class of articles that the existing protection policies don't cover well. The <ttcode><nowiki>{{sofixit}}</nowiki></ttcode> gambit applies in the way you've suggested to any form of protection. Let's just turn semi-pp off from George W.
