I favor the current one since it captured the essence of the current state of the city better (a lot of new buildings being build there). I could not find a better picture on [[Wikimedia Commons]]. Personally I prefer montage pictures in infoboxes of cities (since [[Manchester]], [[Bristol]], [[Oxford]], [[Birmingham]] & [[Liverpool]] (you could argue that [[Dnipropetrovsk]] is Ukraine's Manchester) have a montage picture in the infobox.
