Don't be mistaken when you trytrying to compare cisc and risk, they are not the same no matter how many things they will use in common. The nature of risk is not only that it uses simple instructions but that it ''keeps the chip simple''. Cisc makes no effort to simplify things, going for speed and capability and only using simplicity when it’s faster.
