Visited and unvisited linksredlinks are essentially impossible to make AAA compliant, as they are not AAA compliant against white backgrounds. However, we can (and need to per [[MOS:COLOR]]) make the colors AAA compliant and AA compliant where possible. Here is my proposal:

Frankly, I'd be fine with removing the color altogether, but I understand if people want them.
